This jupyter notebook connects directly to an Aria database using PyESAPI, and steps through the workflow for computing GRI as described by this 2019 AAPM abstract.

• Please note you need to have PyESAPI installed.
• DVH Objectives are being read from a json file, exported from Radformation’s ClearCheck Eclipse Plugin
